Ares Interactive is seeking a UA Creative Producer to support our growing slate of mobile game launches by driving high-quality, data-informed performance creative through world-class agency partners. This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of user acquisition, creative strategy, project management, and gameplay capture, and who can translate performance insights into clear briefs and scalable production workflows.
You will not be expected to be an expert designer or editor. Instead, you’ll shape creative strategy, build and manage agency pipelines, and ensure a steady cadence of high-performing ads that support our UA goals across multiple titles.If you’re passionate about mobile games, understand what makes performance creative convert, and excel at orchestrating creative teams and vendors—this is the role for you.
Contract Details: 6-month contract with strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
Location: Remote - North American Time Zones preferred

What You'll Do
Creative Strategy & Briefing
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and messaging frameworks grounded in UA best practices, competitor research, and performance data
• Create clear, concise creative briefs and RFPs for agencies and external partners
• Translate performance insights, internal feedback, and market trends into actionable direction for vendors
Agency & Vendor Management
• Own day-to-day relationships with creative agencies across US, Canada, and LATAM
• Source, vet, and onboard new vendors as needed to support production volume
• Manage capacity, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across multiple pipelines
Gameplay Capture & Asset Sourcing
• Capture mobile gameplay in Unity or in-engine tools to supply agencies with raw material for high-performing ad concepts
• Partner with game teams to obtain builds, unlock testing environments, and secure assets
Creative Production Oversight
• Oversee agency production of UA creative including static ads, videos, playables, end cards, and ASO assets
• Ensure creative direction aligns with product marketing inputs, brand constraints, and licensor requirements
• Work with Performance Marketing and Analytics teams to set up creative testing plans, evaluate performance, and identify new directions
• Identify patterns in winners/losers and adjust briefing strategy to improve CTR, IPM,CVR, and ROAS
Process, Operations & Workflow
• Build scalable creative operations processes across multiple game titles
• Improve pipeline efficiency, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
• Implement tools and workflows that boost creative volume and speed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and the EU creative team to ensure consistency and alignment
• Work with Product Marketing to integrate licensor feedback
Requirements & Background
• 4+ years experience in UA creative, creative production, or creative operations within gaming or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of what makes mobile UA creative perform: hooks, pacing, messaging, formats, and creative trends
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external creative partners
• Working knowledge of capturing and assembling gameplay footage (Unity experience a major plus)
• Strong project management discipline; able to handle multiple titles and timelines
• Clear communication skills and ability to articulate feedback between marketing, creative partners, and product teams
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating your involvement in performance creative strategy and production
Nice to Have
• Experience working on free-to-play mobile games
• Familiarity with ASO asset creation and store testing
• Experience with playable ad production
• Knowledge of tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular
• Experience building creative systems or documentation
• Unity capture & game team collaboration experience
• Ability to perform lightweight editing in tools like Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects when needed (bonus, not core)
• Passion for gaming
• Deep understanding of free-to-play games
