SENIOR ANALYST, USER ACQUISITION

Ares Interactive is seeking a Senior Analyst, User Acquisition play a key role in driving growth across our portfolio of games. This role will report to the SVP of Performance Marketing. In this role, you will partner closely with the UA and Ad Monetization teams to analyze campaign performance, support dashboard development, and optimize for IAP and ad revenue. This role is highly data-driven, leveraging dashboards (e.g., Looker) and SQL to generate actionable insights. Your work will directly influence UA strategy, campaign execution, and monetization outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition or monetization analytics, who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and product. Responsibilities
- AnalyzeUA campaign performance across multiple games and channels, monitoring metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and revenue.
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Looker) to provide clear visibility into UA and monetization KPIs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate trends, surface insights, and support campaign decision-making.
- Support campaign execution by providing pacing insights, troubleshooting anomalies, and recommending optimizations, and some campaign execution as needed.
- Partner with the Ad Monetization and Product Management teams to analyze yield, evaluate ad placements, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Contribute to A/B test design and analysis for UA and monetization initiatives.
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, Finance, and DataScience to align on goals and share insights.

Requirements & Background
- 3–5years of experience in user acquisition, marketing analytics, or monetization analytics, ideally in mobile gaming.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with large datasets.
- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Looker experience strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and ad monetization KPIs (ARPDAU, CPM, RPM, fill rate).
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
