Ares Interactive is looking for a Lead Product Manager for an exciting new mobile game. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in free-to-play games who is a hands-on doer and a baseball fan.

Responsibilities
• Architect the Game Economy and ensure that all the pieces fit together elegantly
• Design, Tune, and Test critical Metagame, Live Ops, and other product features
• Define and Own the Live Ops strategy and cadence
• Analyze metrics and player behavior to impact KPIs
• Represent the voice and needs of our customers and community
• Drive the long-term Product Roadmap with a focus on optimizing engagement and revenue
• Work closely with the rest of the team to build and maintain a long-term hit product

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8 or more years of product management experience in free to play games
• Established track record of successful game monetization
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective revenue-generating strategies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• History of tuning and balancing systems with sources and sinks that drive user behavior
• Experience running Live Operations
• Proven ability to identify and use data insights to impact KPIs.
• Detail-Oriented Finisher who is a Great Teammate
